What does commission-based sales mean?
Our sales team earns a percentage of the sale price for each item they sell, ranging from 5% to 20%. While this may seem intimidating, our salespeople typically earn between $45,000 and $75,000 or more annually, with unlimited earning potential. We provide generous monthly performance-based bonuses and a special holiday bonus in December.
If commission-based pay isn't your preference, you can opt for our salesperson guarantee pay program. This program ensures a fixed salary for each pay period, alleviating concerns associated with a commission-based role.
What job opportunities are available besides sales?
We have a variety of positions open for applicants! Coconis Furniture & Mattress 1st continually seeks qualified candidates. If sales doesn't align with your career goals, we also have opportunities in front office roles involving data entry and phone call management, a service department dedicated to post-purchase furniture care, warehouse positions, e-commerce roles, and more!
